What is Maslow's Hierarchy? It is a motivational theory in psychology comprising a five-tier model of human needs, often depicted as hierarchical levels within a pyramid. Needs lower down in the hierarchy must be satisfied before individuals can attend to needs higher up. From the bottom of the hierarchy upwards, the needs are: physiological, safety, love and belonging, esteem and self-actualization.
Stick2Life uses Maslow's Hierarchy as a guide to better the lives of students ans schools. The benefits of schools working with Stick2Life are numerous. To name a few; higher test scores, happier teachers, staff and students. Also, recognition of accomplishments are encouraged and help the students to be part of a healthy cause. This helps create unity within the school. Stick2Life focuses on LOVE/BELONGING to achieve higher self esteem and achievements.
When working with Stick2Life, students get to be part of a larger cause, one that embraces unity and teamwork. This empowers every student to become an integral and important part of their community. As kids share their positive experiences using the magnets and other uplifting stories of students supporting those around them they can get gift cards for food, entertainment and other great products for free.
