Stick2Life currently has a pending application with the Internal Revenue Service for exemption from federal income tax as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Although we welcome donations while the application is still pending, please be aware that if the application is not approved your donations may not be deductible. If the application is ultimately approved, your prior donations may be deductible retroactively. This is not intended as legal or tax advice and we encourage you to consult with your own tax professional if you have further questions.
